Formed in 2005, PraxisNow was founded by brothers Noel and John Coburn, both veterans of the Irish IT and Software industries.

The choice of the word "praxis" is taken from US motivational speaker, Bob Proctor who uses it to describe the alignment of "thinking" with "behaviour". Its application to internet marketing was considered particularly relevant given the dependency of online marketing success on each underlying building block of any internet marketing strategy. The need to apply creative and innovative thinking to unique business situations underpins the requirement to build online marketing strategies that are as unique as the businesses they promote.

PraxisNow brings together a combination of internet marketing know-how, international business experience and "breakthrough thinking" (ref. Nadler & Hibino) as a general methodology for the projects it engages.
