A Sensible Concept for a New Economy

How much does it cost you to hire a senior sales or marketing resource? Probably somewhere between €50K and €200K+. Add benefits, tax and other package inclusions and your real costs quickly escalate. What if the person you hired performed well initially, but for whatever reason stopped performing? You have a few options; coach, retrain, reassign or terminate.

BRINGING IN EXPERIENCE: While many businesses face this dilemma, almost as many do not presently have the budget available to hire in experienced resource to surmount whatever the immediate challenges are. Consider this. Why not retain PraxisNow directly on a part-time basis to supplement or enhance your existing marketing or sales team? You can do it for a significantly lower cost than the cost of hiring someone in.

Proactive Marketing and Sales

Some of the challenges you may face could include online strategy definition, website search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click marketing, email marketing, opt-in value-driven content development and managed response set-up – or indeed a combination of these. You might instead or additionally want someone you can rely on to come in and coach your sales and / or marketing team for performance improvement, prospecting plan development, sales lead generation or even presentation development and delivery on your behalf!

How does it Work?

First, a general chat together to explore the nature of the challenges you face, ascertain whether there is a match to PraxisNow’s skill set, and generally to see if we can communicate together on a common wavelength. If so, and if we both would like to progress matters further, we can arrange to meet with the objective of elaborating your challenge in more specific detail.
Typically, the projects we have engaged have a duration of between three and six months with costs of between €1,500 and €4,500 per month.
Please note that it is a condition of engagement that our fees are paid monthly in advance and are set at a level that reflects both the risk you take in so doing and the time investment risk to PraxisNow. We will not compromise on this irrespective of the size of your organisation, who you are or the nature of the project.
Should you wish it, to the outside world, we are your resource and carry your business card. In this case it is ideal if you can set us up with a dedicated email address which we can use for the contract’s duration.
In assessing the monthly cost, it will be set at a fixed monthly amount that is calculated based on factors such as contract duration, our estimated draw on resources (including time) and what you can reasonably afford to pay. In some cases, depending on the nature of the project or objective at hand, we may agree with you a performance related component of the fee.
