Standard Terms and Conditions of participation

You can pay either by cheque, electronic transfer, PayPal or credit card (via PayPal). The single participant fee is €1,057 (early-bird) or €1,257 (standard price). If a second participant will attend from your organisation, the reduced incremental fee for the second participant is €400 (total cost = €1,457 (early bird) or €1,657 (standard) for both participants inclusive

Unless agreed with PraxisNow in advance of the programme start date, a maximum of two people may participate from any one organisation.

Advance payment is required from all programme participants. Please ensure that your payment is received at least seven (7) days prior to the programme start date..

Should you wish to cancel your registration, please note that we cannot issue a refund should your place be cancelled within ten (10) business days of the programme start date for which you have registered. You may however participate as a priority registration in a future programme provided its start date occurs within seven months of the original programme start date for which you have registered.

A provisional place will be held for you pending receipt of your payment after which we will confirm your place by email. Please note that should your payment not be received within seven days of your booking, the place will be made available to another participant and we cannot guarantee additional availability.
