Preparation

You will need to bring a wi-fi enabled Laptop computer with you to each workshop. If you will not be making changes to your website directly, you will need access to someone who can make the relevant changes once each workshop has been completed. You will be able to use worksheets and special instructions to communicate the changes required. It is most important however that the required changes are made before the beginning of the following workshop.

"SEO Proof of Concept Plus" is a highly structured, systematic SEO implementation and mentoring programme over six weeks.

Consisting of weekly group workshops over a 6 week period, you will be mentored in adapting your website to significantly improve its presence on the Google, Bing and Yahoo search results against a wide range of targeted key-phrases. By leveraging a group of similarly focused businesses on elements of SEO that are common across a range of websites, significant cost economies can be achieved for individual participating businesses.

Six weeks - minimal intrusion on your normal working day

Over a six week period, you will attend six minimally intrusive two-and-a-half-hour mentoring and implementation workshops. Each workshop consists of a structured approach to one of six core elements of SEO, followed by actual application of the approach to individual participant's websites. You will be expected to complete the activity before the start of the next session.

Cost-effective SEO

By addressing known SEO best practice at Group level, a good 70% of project work can be engaged cost-effectively, with the remaining business-specific 30% addressed individually. As a result, you benefit from an SEO engagement that is closer in value to €8,000 - €10,000 for a fixed fee of €1,850 (or an early bird fee of €1,500).

Mentoring for Independence

Throughout the project, you will be mentored; you will have specific website-related goals to meet between workshops and will have access to PraxisNow by telephone and email as needed to help you meet the requirements of each goal. The between-session workload is not significant and you will find it easy to manage while to continue with the day-to-day activities of your business.

Shared Cost. Shared Experience

Costs are shared with a small number of other likeminded businesses, from whom you will learn, share experiences and hopefully develop longer term relationships based on a common interest in SEO.

Implementation Focused

“SEO Proof of Concept Plus” has as its end product, your business website – optimised for organic (free) search engine placement. Towards this end, each workshop covers tactics initially, following by execution. At all times, proactive change to your website and related “off-website” activities are the focal point of each session.

Results Oriented

The programme aims to deliver both short-term as well as longer term results in the form of meaningful and improved placement of your website against relevant search phrases. You will be encouraged to seek out a mix of target search phrases that are competitive and target search phrases that are relevant but less competitive. Whilst the former will most likely take time to show results, your choice of the later will demonstrate “proof of concept” to give you the confidence and drive to push through with more ambitious, competitive search phrase targeting.

2nd Person just €600

"SEO Proof of Concept Plus" is an initiative principally designed for your Business development or Marketing resource. However, we recognise that your marketing resource will not always have direct access and authorisation to make changes to the company's website. With this in mind, for an incremental cost of only €600, a second person from your organisation, perhaps in web design or I.T. may attend the workshops. The post-project common frame of reference which this can provide will be of great value as new products, services or content are added to your future website.

Fixed Cost

This is a one time only, fixed price combined , mentoring and implementation programme. No recurring fees are relevant as you will be fully capable of addressing most future SEO requirements directly following the engagement.
